San Francisco - 23 May 2025 to 25 May 2025
Jonathan Horan

SOLD OUT!!!!!

"God Sex and the Body is and always will be a profound and integral part of the 5Rhythms® curriculum. It has personally informed my way of being, my teaching style, and, most deeply, my acceptance of who I am and who I am not.” -- Gabrielle Roth

For the first time in San Francisco, God, Sex, and the Body is arriving to stir your spirit, awaken your senses, and ground you in your authentic power. This extraordinary 5Rhythms® workshop invites you on a transformative journey to explore the sacred intersection of spirituality and sensuality. Created by Gabrielle Roth and carried forward by her son and closest collaborator, Jonathan Horan, this experience is an invitation to dive deep into the alchemy of body and soul, self and other, the divine and the human.

Rooted in the maps of the 5Rhythms® practice, this workshop is an initiation into living as an embodied soul—a personal, raw, and celebratory journey into your truest self. Through movement, imagination, and ritual theater, you’ll embody archetypes of the feminine and masculine, breathe life into forgotten aspects of yourself, and step fully into the magic only you can bring to the world.

What to Expect:

  • A safe, dynamic space to explore and express your sensuality, creativity, and spirituality.
  • Movement practices to embody the archetypes of lover, artist, and god, unlocking new dimensions of your soul’s expression.
  • Ritual theater exercises to bring your inner characters to life, embracing their power and wisdom.
  • Deep connection with others as we collectively celebrate the sacred mystery of being human.
Grounded in Gabrielle Roth’s revolutionary 5Rhythms® practice, God, Sex, and the Body is a sacred and playful experience that will inspire you to embrace your full spectrum of being. You will emerge renewed, with a deeper fascination for yourself, for others, and for the world around you.

Why Join This Workshop?

  • Reclaim Your Authentic Power: Step into archetypes of the feminine and masculine to explore and express your unique essence, magic, and curiosity.
  • Connect Deeply with Others and Yourself: Break down barriers, embrace vulnerability, and celebrate the mystery of human connection in all its raw beauty.
  • Experience Liberation Through Movement: Harness the transformative power of 5Rhythms® to move beyond self-judgment, ignite creativity, and emerge renewed, inspired, and empowered.
This workshop is more than a dance—it’s an initiation into the sacred art of being unapologetically alive. Join us in San Francisco for this groundbreaking experience and let your soul move you like never before.

Essence of Connection

Sacramento - 25 May 2025 to 25 May 2025
Lucine Eusani

How do we recognize and move through old ways of being in order to dance our way towards deep and authentic connections?

The 5Rhythms® offers an embodied Map to help us get present to what is real and move from confusion to clarity. IFS/IFIO offer us tools to notice and be compassionate to the parts of ourselves that create barriers to relating. This workshop is an exploration of the parts of us that come into play when we start to relate to other humans in a 1:1 way. The group energy allows us to explore, get curious and connect with other compassionate and heartful humans in a playful way.
